1. Exceptional Thermal Stability: This grease operates reliably in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +300°C, with some formulations enduring short-term peaks up to 350°C. Its oxidation resistance is demonstrated by a PDSC oxidation induction time (OIT) exceeding 30 minutes at 210°C (ASTM D6186).

2. High Dropping Point: With a dropping point typically above 280°C (ASTM D2265), the grease resists softening or melting under extreme heat, ensuring consistent film strength. The worked penetration value (ASTM D217) remains stable at NLGI Grade 2 (265-295) even after prolonged high-temperature exposure.

3. Low Evaporation Loss: Testing per ASTM D972 shows minimal evaporation (<1% weight loss after 22h at 204°C), critical for maintaining lubricant volume in high-heat applications. The grease demonstrates volatility resistance up to 250°C in modified Noack tests.

4. Excellent Load-Bearing Capacity: With a four-ball weld load exceeding 3000N (ASTM D2596) and Timken OK load over 45lbs (ASTM D2509), it provides reliable protection against wear under heavy loads at elevated temperatures. The coefficient of friction remains below 0.12 at 200°C in tribometer testing.

5. Chemical Inertness: The formulation resists degradation from acids, alkalis (pH 2-12 stability), and industrial chemicals, with corrosion protection passing ASTM D1743 salt spray tests for over 500 hours.

6. Long Service Life: Accelerated aging tests (ASTM D3336) show >10,000 hours of service life at 180°C, with 80% consistency retention after thermal cycling. The grease maintains EP additive effectiveness with <5% sulfur loss after 1000h at 200°C.
