Black Metal Rust Preventive Emulsifying Oil is a high-performance industrial lubricant designed to protect ferrous metals from corrosion while providing superior emulsification properties. Here are its key characteristics with technical specifications:

1. Exceptional Rust Prevention: Formulated with advanced polar additives, this oil achieves 96-98% rust prevention efficiency (ASTM D665) even in high-humidity environments (85% RH at 38°C). The protective film resists wash-off for up to 30 days in outdoor conditions.

2. Stable Emulsion Formation: Exhibits excellent emulsification stability with 0.1-0.3% oil separation after 24 hours (DIN 51367). Maintains consistent particle size distribution (1-5μm) at dilution ratios from 1:10 to 1:30 with water.

3. Thermal Stability: Withstands operational temperatures ranging from -10°C to 150°C, showing <5% viscosity change (ISO 3448) after thermal cycling tests. Flash point exceeds 200°C (ASTM D92).
