1. Before using this product, clean the oil tank or oil sump thoroughly. It is strictly prohibited to mix with other oils. Stir evenly before use.
2. Dilution ratio: Concentrate to water = 1:(1-10).
3. The concentration of the working fluid should not be lower than 5. Adjust the concentration of the working fluid appropriately according to different processing techniques and rust prevention requirements.
4. Note: For rust prevention, after 3 days, water can be added at a ratio of 10:1. After 7 days, water can be added at a ratio of 5 to 7 parts water to 1 part concentrate. After 10 to 15 days, water can be added at a ratio of 3 to 5 parts water to 1 part concentrate.
Sharpness Cutting Fluid: Key Features and Technical Advantages
1. Superior Lubrication Performance (Friction Coefficient: 0.05-0.08)
Sharpness Cutting Fluid demonstrates exceptional lubrication properties with an ultra-low friction coefficient ranging between 0.05 and 0.08. This characteristic significantly reduces tool wear by up to 45% compared to conventional fluids, while improving surface finish quality (Ra 0.2-0.4 μm) on machined components. The advanced lubrication film maintains stability even at extreme pressures exceeding 3000 N/mm².
2. Enhanced Thermal Stability (Operating Range: -5°C to 150°C)
The fluid maintains optimal viscosity (40-45 cSt at 40°C) across a wide temperature spectrum from -5°C to 150°C. This thermal stability prevents viscosity breakdown, ensuring consistent performance during high-speed machining operations (up to 8000 RPM). Laboratory tests show only 3% viscosity variation after 500 hours of continuous use at 100°C.
3. Remarkable Corrosion Protection (Salt Spray Resistance: 500+ hours)
With a proprietary anti-corrosion additive package, Sharpness Cutting Fluid provides outstanding protection against rust and oxidation. Independent testing confirms 500+ hours of salt spray resistance (ASTM B117), surpassing industry standards by 200%. The fluid's pH stability (8.5-9.2) prevents acidic degradation that commonly causes workpiece corrosion.
4. Extended Tool Life (Tool Wear Reduction: 40-60%)
Field studies demonstrate 40-60% extension in tool lifespan across various machining applications. When processing hardened steels (HRC 45-60), carbide tools showed 55% less flank wear after 1000 cutting cycles compared to standard fluids. This performance translates to direct cost savings of $3.50 per tool hour in production environments.
5. Optimized Chip Evacuation (Chip Size Reduction: 30-35%)
The fluid's unique wetting agents promote efficient chip breaking, reducing average chip size by 30-35%. This characteristic improves machining visibility and decreases machine downtime by 25% from chip-related issues. Flow rate testing shows 20% better penetration into cutting zones at standard pump pressures (0.8-1.2 MPa).
6. Environmental Compliance (Biodegradability: 85% in 28 days)
Meeting stringent environmental regulations, Sharpness Cutting Fluid achieves 85% biodegradability (OECD 301B) within 28 days. The formulation contains<0.1% chlorinated="" paraffins="" and="">
