【Scope of application】

1. Use concentration: it is recommended to use between 1.5-5.0%.(The above is the recommended concentration, the specific use according to the actual situation of your company;

2. Add method:

Replace the oil tank: after cleaning up the oil tank (oil tank), add the appropriate amount of water first, and then add the brushed oil source

After the water and oil are evenly circulated and used; add the new liquid: add the stock solution directly to the oil tank as needed.

JF-908 Copper Wire Oil is a fully synthetic lubricating and protective oil designed specifically for high-precision copper wire drawing, winding, and storage. Its core advantages include nano level anti-wear additives (MoS ₂ - PTFE composite particles), ultra-low resistance formula (volume resistivity ≥ 10 ¹⁴Ω· cm), and long-lasting rust and oxidation prevention technology (neutral salt spray test ≥ 1000 hours). The viscosity range of the product covers 15-150cSt (40 ℃), with a flash point ≥ 230 ℃ and a volatility rate ≤ 0.5%/24h (150 ℃). It has passed SGS and NSF H1 food grade certification and is suitable for processing and protection needs from micro enameled wire (Φ 0.02mm) to heavy-duty cable conductors (Φ 25mm). It has become an "invisible quality guarantee" in high-end manufacturing fields such as new energy vehicle motors, 5G communication cables, and aerospace wire harnesses.

2、 Characteristics

Ultra precision lubrication and anti-wear performance

Nano level additive technology:

MoS ₂ - PTFE composite particles: particle size ≤ 50nm (detected by laser particle size analyzer), forming a "diamond-like" lubricating film with a thickness of 0.1-0.3 μ m on the surface of copper wire, reducing the friction coefficient to 0.03 (steel copper friction pair), reducing processing energy consumption by 75% compared to traditional mineral oil (μ=0.12).

Wear resistance and durability: Under the Falex four ball testing machine (load 392N, speed 1200rpm), the wear spot diameter is only 0.35mm (ASTM D4172 standard), and the wear resistance life reaches 8000 cycles, which is three times that of ordinary lubricating oil.

Extreme pressure performance:

PB value (sintering load): ≥ 800kg (ASTM D2783 standard), able to withstand instantaneous pressure of ≥ 1200MPa during copper wire drawing process, avoiding an increase in wire breakage rate.

PD value (maximum no card bite load): ≥ 620kg, maintain continuous lubrication during high-speed winding (wire speed ≥ 80m/min) to prevent scratches on the surface of the wire.

Electrical performance protection and low interference design

Insulation and conductivity compatibility:

Volume resistivity: ≥ 10 ¹⁴Ω· cm (ASTM D257 standard). When the oil film thickness formed on the copper wire surface is ≤ 0.5 μ m, the attenuation rate of high-frequency signals (≥ 1GHz) is ≤ 0.2dB/m, ensuring that there is no significant increase in transmission loss of 5G base station cables.

Dielectric strength: ≥ 35kV/mm (ASTM D149 standard), can withstand transient overvoltage impact, and avoid the risk of short circuit caused by insulation layer breakdown.

Low residue and easy to clean:

Volatility: The volatilization rate within 24 hours at 150 ℃ is ≤ 0.5% (TGA thermogravimetric analysis), reducing the occurrence of insulation layer bubble defects caused by residual oil film after baking of enameled wire.

Solvent compatibility: It can be completely dissolved in cleaning agents such as trichloroethylene and isopropanol, with a cleaning efficiency of ≥ 98% (oil film removal rate), and is suitable for automated ultrasonic cleaning lines.

Long term rust prevention and antioxidant technology

Rust prevention performance:

Neutral salt spray test: ≥ 1000 hours (ASTM B117 standard), no red rust is generated on the copper wire surface, and the protection period is twice as long as traditional anti rust oil (500 hours).

Damp heat test: After 1000 hours in an environment of 85 ℃/85% RH, the change rate of copper wire contact resistance should be ≤ 2% to avoid resistance fluctuations caused by oxidation.

Antioxidant stability:

Rotating Oxygen Bomb Test (RBOT): ≥ 600 minutes (ASTM D2272 standard), with an oxidation induction period three times longer than ordinary hydraulic oil, and a service life of more than three years (continuous operation condition).

Acid value change: After aging at 100 ℃ for 2000 hours, the acid value increases by ≤ 0.2mgKOH/g (GB/T 264 standard) to avoid corrosion of copper wire by corrosive acid substances.

Environmental Protection and Safety Performance

Biodegradability:

OECD 301F standard: 28 day biodegradation rate ≥ 90%, in compliance with EU Ecolabel environmental certification, reducing waste disposal costs by 60%.

Heavy metal content: Six harmful substances, including Pb/Cd/Hg/Cr ⁶⁺, were not detected (detection limit ≤ 1ppm). According to the RoHS 2.0 directive, it is suitable for medical equipment wire processing.

Operational safety:

Flash point: ≥ 230 ℃ (COC method), fire risk level is "Flammable - Level 1" (NFPA 704 standard), which is 40% safer than mineral oil (flash point ≤ 180 ℃).

Skin Irritation: According to the human patch test (24-hour closed application), there are no adverse reactions such as redness, swelling, itching, etc. It has obtained NSF H1 food grade lubricant certification and can indirectly come into contact with food packaging wires.

Precision copper wire drawing and deep processing

Micro wire drawing:

Production of enameled wire: In the drawing of copper wire with a diameter of 0.02-0.1mm, the JF-908 oil film thickness can be controlled to 0.1 μ m, the wire breakage rate can be reduced from 0.8% to 0.15%, and the wire diameter tolerance is ± 0.001mm (such as ± 0.0008mm measured for 0.05mm wire), which meets the precision requirements of the stator winding of the new energy vehicle flat wire motor.

Copper wire bonding: used for semiconductor packaging (wire bonding), with a residual oil film of ≤ 0.01mg/m, to avoid an increase in interface resistance between gold and copper bonding (Δ R ≤ 0.001 Ω), and a bonding strength of ≥ 8g (ball bonding process).

Heavy duty cable manufacturing:

High voltage cable conductor: In continuous extrusion of a copper rod with a diameter of 10-25mm, the lubricating oil film can withstand a mold pressure of ≥ 150MPa, and the surface roughness Ra decreases from 1.6 μ m to 0.4 μ m. After twisting, the resistivity of the conductor decreases by 5% (compared to unlubricated conductors).

Flexible drag chain cable: In the bending test (bending radius 5 times the wire diameter) with JF-908 copper wire at -40 ℃ to+125 ℃, the resistance change rate after 500000 cycles is ≤ 1%, meeting the service life requirements of industrial robot joint cables.

High speed winding and high-frequency transmission

5G communication cable:

Coaxial cable winding: When the insulation layer is wrapped around a Φ 0.5mm copper wire, the JF-908 oil film reduces the friction between the wire and the mold by 40%, increases the winding speed to 120m/min (25% higher than the mineral oil process), and the attenuation constant α ≤ 0.08dB/m (7GHz frequency band).

High frequency connector: used for pre crimping protection of wire terminals. The oil film quickly solidifies at 200 ℃/30 seconds to form an insulation layer, with a dielectric constant of ε ≤ 2.1 and an insertion loss of ≤ 0.1dB (10GHz). It is suitable for high-speed backplane connectors in data centers.

Aerospace wiring harness:

Lightweight wire: In the winding of Φ 0.2mm silver plated copper wire, JF-908 reduces the friction coefficient between the wire and the ceramic winding wire to 0.05, the tension fluctuation of the wire is ≤ 5%, and the winding density is increased by 15%, meeting the weight reduction requirements of satellite solar panel harnesses.

Long term storage and protection against extreme environments

Ocean engineering cables:

Deepwater umbilical cable: After being stored in a salt spray (5% NaCl) and high voltage (50MPa) environment for one year, the copper wire surface still maintains a metallic luster with a contact resistance of ≤ 0.5m Ω (initial value 0.48m Ω) to avoid signal interruption in deep-sea exploration equipment.

Polar scientific research cable: The oil film does not solidify at a low temperature of -60 ℃, and there are no cracks in the copper wire bending test (R=5D). The resistance change rate is ≤ 0.3%, ensuring the stable operation of the Antarctic scientific research station equipment.

Military equipment wiring harness:

Armored vehicle cables: After passing the GJB 150.11A sand and dust test (wind speed 28m/s, concentration 10g/m ³), the oil film integrity rate is ≥ 95%, and the copper wire insulation layer is not worn, meeting the electrical reliability of the tank under bumpy conditions.

4、 Maintenance and upkeep guide

Lubrication management of processing equipment

Oil monitoring:

Wire drawing machine oil tank: Install a liquid level sensor to sound an alarm when the oil level is below the lower limit (30% of the volume), in order to avoid worsening mold wear due to insufficient lubrication (reducing mold life by more than 50%).

Circulating filtration system: equipped with a filter element with an accuracy of 5 μ m, replaced every 500 hours, maintaining oil cleanliness below NAS level 6, and extending oil service life to more than 2 years.

Temperature control:

Oil temperature range: During the processing, the oil temperature is maintained at 30-60 ℃ (adjusted by a plate heat exchanger). For every 10 ℃ increase in temperature, the oxidation rate increases by 2 times and the oil film stability decreases by 15%.

High temperature warning: When the oil temperature exceeds 80 ℃, the cooling system will automatically start and production will be suspended to prevent black spots on the surface of the wire caused by oil carbonization.

Copper wire storage protection specification

Short term storage (≤ 3 months):

Sealed packaging: Place the oil immersed copper wire in a PE+aluminum foil composite bag, fill it with 99.9% nitrogen gas, and heat seal it. The residual oxygen concentration should be ≤ 0.1% to avoid oxidation and discoloration.

Environmental requirements: Storage temperature of 10-35 ℃, humidity ≤ 60%, avoid mixing with acidic/alkaline substances, and prevent the oil film from being damaged by corrosive gases.

Long term storage (>3 months):

Rust prevention enhancement: Flip the wire reel once a month to avoid local oil film deposition and protection failure; When the storage period exceeds 6 months, JF-908 (dosage 0.5-1g/m) needs to be recoated.

Testing cycle: Quarterly sampling of copper wire contact resistance (within ± 5% of initial value) and surface oil film integrity (visually free of rust spots and non sticky feel). Unqualified products need to be reworked.

Waste oil treatment and environmental protection

Recycling and reuse:

Centrifugal separation: Metal particles (≤ 1 μ m) in the oil are separated by a high-speed centrifuge (speed ≥ 8000rpm), and the cleanliness of the recovered oil can reach NAS level 5, which can be reused in low precision drawing processes.

Distillation purification: Molecular distillation technology (vacuum degree ≤ 0.1Pa, temperature 180 ℃) is used, with a recovery rate of ≥ 85%. After purification, the oil properties are restored to over 90% of the new oil.

Compliance disposal:

Hazardous waste classification: Waste oil belongs to HW08 hazardous waste and needs to be disposed of by qualified institutions, with a processing cost of approximately 2000 yuan/ton.

Zero emission plan: A supporting oil mist purification device (filtration efficiency ≥ 99.97%) will be built to recycle the oil mist generated during the processing, saving approximately 150000 yuan in annual costs (taking medium-sized cable factories as an example).
